Sonya Alexander started out her career training to be a talent agent and worked with some of the toughest people in the entertainment business, which was a great learning experience. She eventually realized she was meant to be on the creative end of the spectrum and has been writing ever since. She not only enjoys writing about film, but also classic rock music. Currently she's writing two books, one about Haiti and Louisiana's cultural ties and another about lion conservation. She resides between NYC and Los Angeles.
