Jay Poole is a visiting assistant professor at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in the School of Human Environmental Sciences, Department of Social Work. He is completing his Ph.D. in Educational Leadership Cultural Foundations with a focus in queer studies with particular interest in factors that influence identity. Jay holds the master of social work degree and is a licensed clinical social worker.
