Daniel Clarkson Fisher is an essay filmmaker and writer based in Toronto. He has written for AlterNet, Nonfics, Tricycle: The Buddhist Review, Religion Dispatches, Lion’s Roar, and the Journal of Religion & Film. In addition, he has co-edited one book and contributed chapters to two others. Danny has also commented on news stories and other topics for CNN, the Religion News Service, E! Entertainment Television, and Fandor Keyframe. He previously served as an associate professor and department chair at University of the West in Rosemead, California, and as adjunct faculty for both Hartford Seminary and Antioch Education Abroad’s Buddhist Studies program in Bodh Gaya, India.
