Mark Roosma is a teacher, film lover, and (ugh) aspiring screenwriter living in Victoria, BC. Readers have praised his work as “too discursive,” “overlong,” and “blatantly mediocre David Foster Wallace pastiche.” He has been published in This Side of West, the undergraduate literary journal from the University of Victoria, and was shortlisted for the Malahat Review’s “Open Season” short story contest and the Cynosure screenwriting award.
